  • At this time, TomatoChip.com ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Nor does TomatoChip.com ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    All products are shipped UPS from our warehouses. Shipping and handling charges are added when you place your order based on actual order weight. As your order may contain products located at our different warehouses, you may receive your order in different shipments but will be charged the same rate indicated when you checkout. Ground shipping normally takes 5-10 days depending on your distance from our warehouses.
